A fantastic opportunity for a temporary stewardess to join a 100m+ private motor yacht during their shipyard period. The role will be a combination of housekeeping and service, supporting the interior team, with potential to transition into a permanent position onboard.

The role:

  • Support the interior team throughout the shipyard period across housekeeping and service.
  • The vessel will be in the yard; the successful candidate will be accommodated in a private apartment for the duration of the contract and will only stay onboard for watches.
  • Potential to transition into a permanent housekeeping or service position at the end of the contract.
  • Contract dates: 1 October 2026 – 26 February 2027.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6 months–1 year of yacht experience.
  • Energetic, adaptable and hardworking, with willingness to learn and support the wider interior team.
  • Minimum 6 months validity on passport and Schengen visa in hand.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated. Full driving licence and confidence driving preferable. Sewing skills beneficial.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
