Lead Service 90m+ MY

An exciting opportunity to join a busy 90m+ private/charter motor yacht with a dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean programme. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role suited to an experienced Service Stewardess ready to step into a lead position within a dynamic interior team.

The role:

• Lead service onboard, delivering high standards.
• Support bar service and cocktail preparation within a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Support and guide junior interior crew, leading by example during service.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and attention to detail across all service areas.
• Busy private/charter programme with strong guest interaction.
• Dual-season itinerary: Caribbean winters and Mediterranean summers.
• Act as the right-hand support to the Head of Service.
• Start date: ASAP.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong yachting experience, 4+ years.
• Previous Senior or Lead Service experience on larger yachts, or 2nd Stewardess experience on 50m+ vessels.
• Proven leadership experience and confidence stepping into a senior position to support the HOS.
• Comfortable training and mentoring junior crew.
• Excellent service knowledge across different service styles.
• Strong cocktail and coffee-making skills.
• Mature, confident and able to communicate effectively with a positive attitude.
• B1/B2 and Schengen visa preferred.
