90m+ private/charter motor yacht seeking an experienced Lead Housekeeper to join ASAP on a 3:1 rotation. This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy interior team, supporting the Head of Housekeeping and developing junior crew.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Head of Housekeeping with day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • Create housekeeping job lists and organise daily tasks
  • Conduct regular housekeeping rounds and maintain high standards throughout the vessel
  • Train, support and develop junior housekeeping crew
  • Lead by example and maintain strong housekeeping standards
  • Work closely with the wider interior team
  • Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' yachting experience
  • Ideally previous Senior or Lead Housekeeper experience on 70m+ vessels
  • Confident leadership skills and experience supporting junior crew
  • Comfortable stepping up and taking responsibility when the Head of Housekeeping is on break
  • Strong housekeeping knowledge and excellent attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive and hands-on with a professional, team-oriented approach
  • B1/B2 preferred; Schengen visa preferred, if applicable

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
