Chief Stewardess 50m Private

We are currently looking for an experienced, organized, and service-driven Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior team onboard a private 50-meter motor yacht. The yacht is based in Athens, Greece and cruising is in the Med.

The position is permanent with paid leave. Candidates with proven longevity will be preferred as we are looking to build a strong team for the long run! We offer a supportive and respectful environment and seek candidates with a similar mindset and calm demeanour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional silver service 
• Lead, train, and manage the interior team
• Manage high housekeeping and laundry standards
• Manage and maintain accurate inventories
• Create and maintain SOPs for interior operations
• Coordinate closely with the Captain and Heads of Department
• Handle provisioning within assigned budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and yacht protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on yachts of similar size for a minimum of 4 years
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure 
• Discretion and a polished professional presentation

Experience in yacht winterizing and pre-season set-up is preferred.
