⚓ DECKHAND REQUIRED – 4:2 ROTATION ⚓

We are recruiting an experienced Deckhand to join S/Y 60m Sailing yacht in West Palm Beach from mid-October.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years’ experience aboard similar-sized sailing yachts
  • Strong tender-driving skills
  • A valid B1/B2 visa
  • A professional attitude and the ability to fit well with the yacht’s mission, philosophy and existing crew

Package:

  • Salary: US$4,500 per month, depending on experience
  • Rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
  • Economy flights between the vessel and the crew member’s country of residence
