We are seeking a Deckhand to join a 75m private yacht operating a dual-season program. The vessel has just completed her Med season and is now heading to the States for a short shipyard period before continuing to the Caribbean for the winter.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience on similar-sized yachts
  • Yachtmaster Offshore - preferred but not essential
  • Candidates who value longevity and enjoy an active, world-cruising program
  • Surf experience will be advantageous
  • B1/B2 visa - essential
  • Open to female and male candidates

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 3500-3800 USD
  • Leave: 5:1 rotation for the first year, then 3:1
  • Start date: early-mid October
  • Supportive senior crew with strong retention and an established onboard culture

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
