Deck/Dive 80m MY

We are seeking a Deckhand/Divemaster to join an 80m private MY operating a dual-season Med/Caribbean program. The role is predominantly Deckhand, with some diving responsibilities, and would suit someone who enjoys an active, watersports-focused program and working as part of a professional deck team.

The yacht is currently finishing the Med season before a short yard period, followed by a crossing to the Bahamas for Thanksgiving and New Year trips.

The role:

• Predominantly Deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance and guest activities
• Diving responsibilities alongside the Deck role
• Heavy involvement in watersports and beach club operations
• Tender driving, including limo and RIB operations
• Start date: 1st/2nd October in Barcelona
• Dual season Med/Caribbean itinerary

What we're looking for:

• Divemaster qualification as a minimum
• Minimum 1 year of yachting experience
• Confident and enthusiastic with watersports and guest activities
• Strong tender driving skills would be advantageous
• Professional, fit and active individual
• Positive attitude and someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit crew
• Valid B1/B2 visa essential
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
