Viking Crew is seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join an 80M+ support vessel operating in the Caribbean.

Start Date - 7th October 2026

This is a primarily electrical-focused position, with the successful candidate also assisting the Chief ETO.

Requirements

  • ETO CoC III/6 – Unlimited
  • Cayman Islands endorsement preferred
  • Valid STCW certificates relevant to CoC
  • ENG1
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD) certificate, as a minimum
  • Valid US C1/D and B1/B2 visas, or be a US or Canadian citizen
  • The vessel will consider assisting with a C1/D visa application for the right candidate

Package

  • Salary: DOE, USD per month
  • Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off
  • Equivalent to 182 days leave per annum
  • Rotation may vary depending on operational requirements

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
