Chief Stew 50m MY

50m charter M/Y seeking a Chief Stewardess to join ASAP. This is a guest-facing role suited to a high-energy candidate who genuinely enjoys charter and bringing fresh ideas to the interior.

The role:

• Lead the interior team and maintain high standards across housekeeping, service, and presentation
• Deliver a high level of guest-facing service throughout charters
• Manage guest itineraries, provisioning, accounts, and interior administration
• Bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to the guest experience
• Maintain excellent organisation and time management across the interior department
• Costa Rica for this winter and Alaska next summer
• Start date: ASAP

What we're looking for:

• Proven Chief Stewardess experience on 40–50m yachts, or strong 2nd Stewardess experience on larger vessels
• Strong charter experience and genuine enjoyment of guest-facing service
• High-energy, positive, and professional personality
• Excellent organisation, leadership, and time-management skills
• High standards of housekeeping, service, and interior presentation
• Confident with guest itineraries, provisioning, accounts, and interior administration
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• B1/B2 preferred
• All standard yachting certifications
