Sole Engineer | 30m Moonen MY | Private | Bali

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sole Engineer to join a privately operated 30m Moonen motor yacht, currently in Bali. The yacht has a guest trip commencing 11 October, followed by an itinerary through Singapore, Thailand, the Red Sea and Europe, and they are looking for someone who can join ASAP.

The Role

This is a low-use private program with small guest numbers, typically 2 adults and 3 children, and a total crew of just 4. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the vessel's engineering department, maintenance and day-to-day technical operations, managing systems independently throughout the itinerary.

Requirements

• AEC 1 & 2 minimum
• MEOL preferred
• STCW
• Valid seafarer medical
• Previous sole engineer / chief engineer experience on similar-sized yachts
• Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to join within 1 week

Candidates must currently be located within Australia, New Zealand or Asia and be available for immediate fly-out to Bali.
