100m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Deckhand to join a 90m+ yacht operating a busy private and charter program.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, adaptable and not afraid to get stuck in. The yacht has an extremely busy schedule, so we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year’s yachting experience
  • Proven longevity on previous vessels
  • Yachtmaster - highly desirable
  • B1/B2 - due to the cruising itinerary
  • A real grafter, hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Male only due to cabin arrangements

Itinerary:

  • Med - short yard period - Caribbean

Package:

  • Salary: 3200EU plus equal share of tips
  • Leave: 90 days
  • Start: End of September

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
