Captain – Charter 29 m S/Y

The successful candidate will enjoy strong interaction with the guests and a positive working environment. The yacht is seeking a confident sailing professional who can manage the vessel safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with brokers, guests, crew and management.

Itinerary: Mediterranean

Base: Italy

Package: Salary paid in Euros, medical insurance and 30 days' paid leave

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 1 year's experience as Captain on sailing yachts of a similar size
• Strong sailing background and confident yacht-handling skills
• Previous charter experience preferred
• Hands-on approach and comfortable working within a small crew
• Safety-focused, organised and calm under pressure
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications required:

• Master 200 GT
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Seaman's Discharge Book (preferred)
