We are seeking a Deckhand/Paramedic to join a newly launched 100m private MY operating a dual-season program.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new yacht with exceptional standards and finish. The role is predominantly Deckhand, with a slightly stronger focus on paramedic duties when the owner is onboard.

The role:

  • Predominantly Deckhand position supporting the day-to-day running and maintenance of the exterior
  • Additional responsibility for paramedic duties, particularly during owner trips
  • Med summer season followed by winter in the States/Caribbean
  • Start date: ASAP, ideally from mid-September, with flexibility for the right candidate

What we’re looking for:

  • Paramedic qualified with formal paramedic training
  • Previous experience in a similar Deckhand/Paramedic role would be beneficial, although candidates who are eager to develop within the role will be considered
  • Professional, proactive and willing to get involved as part of the wider Deck team
  • B1/B2 preferred but not essential; assistance can be provided
  • Open to male and female candidates

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
