Chief Stew/Purser 70m+ MY

70m+ private MY seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess/Purser to join no later than 22nd September. This is a varied senior role with responsibilities split between Purser and Chief Stewardess duties, depending on the vessel's operational demands.

The role

• Manage the interior team of 5
• Balance responsibilities across both the Purser and Chief Stewardess roles
• Support the day-to-day running of the interior department
• Oversee service, housekeeping, and guest operations to a high standard
• Manage Purser duties as required by the operational demands of the vessel
• Work closely with the Captain and wider crew to ensure smooth vessel operations
• Owners use the yacht extensively during the summer, with less use historically during the Caribbean winter season
• Start date: No later than 22nd September

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4+ years of yachting experience
• Confident working across both Chief Stewardess and Purser responsibilities
• Strong organisational and administrative skills alongside excellent interior knowledge
• Professional, mature, and adaptable approach
• Confident leading and supporting a small interior team
• Hands-on and willing to take responsibility wherever required
• Strong attention to detail with high service standards
• All standard yachting certifications
