Viking Crew are looking for an experienced Chief Officer to join a 50m+ sailing yacht joining in the South Pacific, with a worldwide programme

The role:

  • Lead the deck department and assist the Captain
  • Oversee SMS, ISM compliance, drills and onboard safety
  • Navigation, watchkeeping and vessel handling under sail & power
  • Manage deck, sail and rigging maintenance
  • Crew mentoring and operational reporting
  • Maintain vessel documentation, certificates and surveys
