Chief Stew 60m Private Program

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 60m private new-build yacht.

The ideal candidate will have substantial previous new-build experience, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a proven record of longevity. The Owner is looking for someone committed to building a long-term program and is prepared to offer a highly competitive salary for the right candidate.

The Chief Stewardess will be involved in the final stages of the build, including interior setup, inventories, operating procedures, provisioning and preparation for delivery. The yacht is scheduled to leave the shipyard in December and will remain in Europe for approximately the next 12 months.

• Start date: October 2026
• Vessel: 60m private new build
• Location: Europe
• Leave: 60 days per year
• Salary: Excellent package, DOE
• Extensive new-build and shipyard experience essential
• Previous Chief Stewardess experience on a similar-sized yacht required
• Proven longevity and excellent references required
• European candidates or candidates with the right to work and travel freely within Europe preferred due to the yacht’s upcoming itinerary
