We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Deckhand to join a 65m private/light charter motor yacht operating a dual-season Mediterranean/Caribbean program. The yacht has a close-knit, active crew who enjoy spending time together.

The role:

  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Significant tender driving opportunities, including a 44ft Wajer and an 8.3m beach lander.
  • Private Caribbean season followed by a private/light charter Mediterranean season.
  • Joining the yacht in Palma ahead of the Caribbean crossing.
  • Start date: 1st October, with slight flexibility into early/mid-October for the right candidate.

What we are looking for:

  • 1–2 seasons of yachting experience.
  • Yachtmaster beneficial but not essential.
  • Fit and active, with a genuine interest in being part of the crew culture.
  • Valid B1/B2 visa essential (and Schengen if required).
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
