2nd Stewardess

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join a 55m+ motor yacht.

We are looking for a confident all-rounder with a strong background in service and housekeeping, who is comfortable taking responsibility and supporting the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day running of the interior.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining high standards throughout the interior.

60 days leave. Euro salary

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess or strong 3rd Stewardess ready to step up
Strong service skills and good knowledge of different service styles
Excellent housekeeping and laundry standards
Confident supervising and supporting junior interior crew
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional, personable and guest-focused
Strong references
Valid STCW and ENG1
Fluent English

The Role:

Support the Chief Stewardess with the management of the interior department
Assist with training and overseeing junior stewardesses
Deliver high-level guest service
Maintain excellent housekeeping and presentation standards
Assist with inventories, provisioning and interior organisation
Step up and confidently manage the interior when required
