Wilsonhalligan are looking for an Operations Manager, based in Spain.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the efficient and sustainable operations of the offices within the assigned area.
  • Managing supplier relations, assessing efficiency and quality, and identifying new opportunities to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing all aspects of customers' stay, including clearance activities and related offerings, while building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Representing the company at relevant shows and events.
  • Communicating and coordinating across all locations to support consistent implementation of policies, standards, strategies and code of conduct.

Please note, previous agency experience is required. Salary range: 40,000 to 50,000 EUR.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
