About This role

First Mate – Private 30m+ MY

Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for a First Mate to join a 30m+ Motor Yacht. You will become part of a close-knit team that provides support to the 50m+ Private vessel.

Start date: 11th September
Package: Salary paid is USD, 30 days paid leave plus federal holidays, bonus x2 a year, healthcare, schooling paid for after 1 year
Itinerary: South Florida & Bahamas

Experience / attributes required:

  • Offshore fishing experience (mandatory)
  • Previous yachting experience (preferable)
  • Able to integrate well with a team
  • Opportunity to live onboard or ashore

Qualifications required:

  • STCW (fully updated)
  • ENG1
  • US Passport / Green Card Holder

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
