100m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 100m+ private motor yacht operating a dual-season program, with winters in the Maldives & Dubai and summers in the Med.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a deck team of 11, so strong leadership skills, reliability and a hands-on approach are essential.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a Bosun position on larger vessels
  • Reliable, hardworking and hands-on
  • A strong team leader with good communication skills
  • Safety-focused with a strong safety culture
  • Comfortable managing and motivating a large deck team

Package:
Start: End of September
Rotation: 3:3
Salary: €5,200 DOE

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
