Deckhand 70m+

We are seeking a motivated Deckhand to join a 70m+ private motor yacht in the Mediterranean. This is a great opportunity for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in yachting and keen to develop their practical deck and maintenance skills.

The role:

• Full Deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
• Strong focus on hands-on maintenance, including painting, varnishing, and general upkeep.
• Opportunity to develop carpentry and practical maintenance skills onboard.
• Med-based single-season program; start date: early October.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally 1 year of previous yachting experience; Yachtmaster preferred but not essential.
• Trade background or hands-on carpentry/building experience would be highly beneficial.
• Well-spoken and professional, with an understanding of guest service; hospitality or restaurant experience advantageous.
• Career-focused, with a genuine interest in progressing within the industry; positive team player who enjoys getting involved with the wider crew.
• Must have the right to repatriate to Europe.
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
