Yacht Captain / Skipper

23m Sunseeker “Vogue of Monaco”
Sani Marina, Halkidiki, Greece

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Yacht Captain for the 23-metre Sunseeker motor yacht VOGUE OF MONACO, based at Sani Marina in Halkidiki, Greece.
The yacht will operate mainly in Halkidiki, the Northern Aegean and the Greek islands. This is a seasonal position from May until October 2027, with the possibility of long-term cooperation for future seasons.

Main Responsibilities

• Safe command, navigation and overall operation of the yacht
• Voyage planning, weather monitoring and preparation of cruising itineraries
• Manoeuvring, berthing, anchoring and close-quarter handling
• Maintaining the yacht in excellent operational and presentational condition
• Daily technical checks of engines, generators, electrical, water and safety systems
• Coordination of maintenance, repairs, refuelling, provisioning and marina services
• Maintaining vessel logs, certificates, safety equipment and required documentation
• Coordination of onboard crew and external service providers
• Professional communication with the owner, guests, marinas and local authorities
• Ensuring a discreet, safe and comfortable experience for the owner and guests

Required Qualifications

• Valid Captain/Master licence appropriate for a motor yacht of approximately 23 metres and accepted under the yacht’s flag-state and Greek operating requirements
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training, seafarer medical certificate and radio qualification, where applicable
• At least three years or seasons of command experience on comparable motor yachts
• Proven experience with yachts in the 20–25 metre range
• Strong boat-handling skills and technical understanding of twin-diesel motor yachts
• Previous experience with Sunseeker yachts will be considered a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of Greek waters, particularly Halkidiki and the Aegean Sea
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of Greek, Bulgarian or Russian will be considered an advantage
• EU citizenship or valid authorisation to work in Greece
• Verifiable references from previous yacht owners, managers or captains
• Professional appearance, discretion, reliability and flexibility regarding working hours, weekends and holidays
