Wilsonhalligan are looking for a Yacht Operations Manager.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of yachts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering the highest level of service to clients. You will act as the primary contact with yacht owners and build trusted relationships with accurate and regular communication.

You will hold in-depth knowledge of yacht operations, and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and fleet compliance with ISM ensuring safe and efficient running
  • Liaise with Class, Flag and PSC
  • Communicate with owners and family offices when required

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
