2nd Stew 40m+ MY

40m+ private/charter motor yacht seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join from early September. This is a great opportunity for a confident interior professional who enjoys working within a small team and is happy to be hands-on across service and guest operations.

The role:

• Work as part of a close-knit interior team of 2
• Support the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day running of the interior
• Deliver exceptional guest service across private and charter trips
• Lead and assist with service and cocktail preparation
• Maintain high standards across guest and crew areas
• Work closely with the wider crew to ensure a seamless onboard experience
• Start date: Early September
• B1/B2 visa preferred

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience on a similar-sized vessel
• Confident working within a small interior team
• Strong service skills and confident with cocktails
• Professional, personable, and guest-focused
• Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work independently while being a supportive team player
• All standard yachting certifications
