HOUSEKEEPING / LAUNDRY STEW for 50m busy charter vessel.

We are looking for a hardworking, motivated and positive minded Housekeeping / Laundry Stew to join our dynamic interior team on a busy charter vessel.

The interior consists of a team of 4 girls. We have 11 crew in total.

The position is primarily focused on housekeeping and laundry, while also supporting the service team as required during busy charter periods. This is not a green/entry-level stew position. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of professional yacht experience, who already understands the demands of working onboard and can confidently contribute to a busy interior team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who genuinely enjoys a busy boat. We are looking for a crew member who is happy to stay active, work hard and step in wherever needed. A willingness to help across all areas of the interior is essential.

The vessel is currently in the yard and will be heading into the Caribbean charter season, followed by an itinerary through Central America and the Galapagos.

Our Ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes~

• Minimum 1 year of professional yacht experience with strong references
• Previous housekeeping and/or laundry experience
• Hardworking, energetic and genuinely enjoys staying busy
• Takes pride in high standards of housekeeping and laundry
• Has a strong eye for detail and works efficiently
• Comfortable assisting with junior service duties when required
• Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
• Positive, reliable and a strong team player
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced charter environment
• Enjoys an active crew lifestyle and contributes positively to the onboard atmosphere
• Keen to continue developing skills across all areas of the interior
• Understands that on a busy boat, everyone helps where needed
• We are looking for someone who will take ownership of their role, work well within a team and genuinely enjoy the pace and variety of a busy charter vessel.

• Salary: $4k DOE
• Start: September 1st
• Full MLC contract
• Annual performance based bonus
• Equal share of gratuity from Charter
• 38 Days annual leave
