Deckhand / Sailing Crew — Outremer 52 — St Barths Winter Season 2026

We are looking for an experienced sailing deckhand for a winter season in the Caribbean, on board an Outremer 52 catamaran based in St Barthélemy, running a charter and regatta program.

Requirements:

STCW + Certificat de Matelot Pont (or equivalent deck rating certificate)
Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
Minimum 2 seasons of experience on sailing yachts, references required
Fluent French and English mandatory - high-end international clientele
Racing/regatta experience strongly preferred

Details:

Contract: 6 months, starting mid-October
Salary: €2,500/month + tips
ENIM registration (French seafarer social security)
