Rotational Chief Stew 60m MY

60m+ private/charter motor yacht seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join from 10th October. Currently based in Australia, this is an opportunity to join a vessel with lovely owners, a fantastic crew, and an off-the-beaten-track program.

The role:

• Lead and oversee the interior team of 5
• Maintain exceptional service and housekeeping standards throughout the vessel
• Deliver a high level of guest service across both private and charter trips
• Lead, mentor, and support the interior team
• Work closely with the Captain and wider crew to ensure a seamless onboard experience
• Private/charter programme
• Currently based in Australia
• Start date: 10th October
• 2:2 rotation

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Chief Stewardess
• Strong Chief Stew experience on a 50m+ vessel
• Charter experience is essential
• Confident leader with strong organisational and service skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to lead by example
• Positive, personable, and guest-focused
• Able to work well within a close-knit team
• All standard yachting certifications
