Male Head Housekeeper, Live-Out – Dubai

We are delighted to be working with a returning UHNW client, recently relocated to Emirates Hills, Dubai, to assist in hiring a full-time Male Head Housekeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, highly professional individual to lead the housekeeping function within a large private household, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and order are maintained at all times. The role calls for a candidate of the highest calibre: authoritative, meticulous, and entirely committed to delivering a flawless standard of service.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring every area of the property is maintained to an immaculate standard. Working closely alongside nannies, drivers, butlers, a private chef, and the family’s PA, the Head Housekeeper will play a central role in the smooth daily running of a well-established household, reporting directly to the Principal or House Manager. This is a live-out position based in Dubai. Candidates must already be based in Dubai and available to work flexibly in line with the needs of the household.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the housekeeping team, delegating tasks and overseeing daily schedules
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
• Oversee laundry, linen care, and wardrobe maintenance in coordination with household staff
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, household linen, and equipment, reordering as required
• Liaise closely with the private chef, butlers, drivers, and nannies to ensure a cohesive household operation
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance, deep cleaning, and specialist services
• Prepare the property for guests and events, ensuring immaculate presentation at all times
• Train and supervise junior housekeeping staff, maintaining consistently high standards
• Conduct regular inspections of all rooms and communal areas, addressing any issues promptly
• Manage housekeeping budgets and supplies, reporting to the Principal or House Manager
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly upheld
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the household and family

Ideal Candidate

• Male, as requested by the client
• Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper within a UHNW private household
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in immaculate presentation
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working within a large, established household team
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
• Must already be based in Dubai
• Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of a busy UHNW household

Package

• Working schedule: 6 days a week
• Live-out position – no accommodation provided
• Visa and health insurance provided
• Salary: 12,000 AED – 15,000 AED net per month
