Captain 40m (Coupled with Chief Stew)

We are seeking a Captain and Chief Stew couple to join a 40m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual-season program between the Mediterranean and Caribbean. They require strong leadership, organisation, and charter experience.

The role:

• Start date: end of October
• Overall command and safe operation of a 40m motor yacht across private and charter use.
• Lead all onboard operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and high guest standards.
• Manage all administrative responsibilities including compliance, paperwork, and operational organisation.
• Oversee crew management, fostering a positive, professional, and team-focused environment.
• Dual-season program operating between the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
• Ensure the vessel runs efficiently and delivers a seamless guest experience across all trips.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum Master 500GT (essential).
• Previous Captain experience on a similar-sized yacht.
• Strong charter background with the ability to manage a busy dual-season program.
• Calm, confident leader with strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent administrative and paperwork management ability.
• Team-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive crew dynamic.
• B1/B2 visa preferred.
• Must be in a Captain/Chief Stew couple.
