ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS WANTED | 60M PRIVATE/CHARTER | 8:8 ROTATION

We are recruiting for a Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a busy 60m private/charter yacht.

This is a strong program with an active and drama free crew, dual-season itinerary, and a well-established interior team. The vessel is looking for an experienced Chief Stew with excellent leadership, strong admin skills, and a calm, mature, team-focused approach.

Start Date:

October - joining for approximately 2 weeks to shadow the current Chief Stewardess, then taking around 2 months off before returning in December.

Vessel / Program:

• 60m private/charter yacht

• Cayman flag transition

• Based in West Palm Beach at Rybovich

• Dual season program

• Mediterranean season with repeat charter guest

• Caribbean season, including Bahamas charter

• Shipyard period in Rybovich from January-May

• 6 stewardesses onboard

• HODs run their own departments with no micromanaging

• No purser onboard - HODs handle their own accounting/admin

Requirements / Ideal Profile:

• Previous Chief Stewardess experience on 60m+ yachts essential

• Strong Second Stewardess background prior to stepping into Chief Stew roles

• Excellent leadership skills are extremely important

• Confident managing, teaching, delegating, and developing the interior team

• No gatekeeping - must be willing to share knowledge and train others

• Zero tolerance for drama, gossiping, or bickering

• Calm, positive, mature, and solutions-focused

• Confident with synchronized service

• Strong admin and accounting skills essential

• Comfortable running the department without a purser onboard

The current have been onboard for a while, so this is a great opportunity for someone who can step into an existing team and lead with confidence, kindness, and professionalism.

Package:

• Salary: $7,500

• Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off

• Annual bonus paid in March and September.

• After 1 year: 1 week of fully paid training. Each year training bonus is offered.
