A 70m+ private dual-season motor yacht is seeking an experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a well-established interior team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader who is looking for a long-term programme and is willing to commit for a minimum of one year onboard.

The role:

  • Lead a large interior team and oversee the day-to-day operation of the department.
  • Work closely with the Captain and crew to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage provisioning, agents, restaurant and hotel relationships across the cruising itinerary.
  • Maintain high standards across service, housekeeping, administration and guest operations.
  • Support crew wellbeing and contribute positively to the onboard team dynamic.
  • Private dual-season programme.
  • Start date: 10th September 2026.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; confident across all areas of the interior.
  • Experienced in provisioning and liaising with agents and shoreside suppliers.
  • Strong relationships with restaurants and hotels in cruising regions.
  • Calm, composed and professional under pressure; highly organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different owner and guest profiles; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, energetic and team-focused approach; strong understanding of owner expectations and guest confidentiality.
  • Willing to commit to a minimum of one year onboard.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
