SECOND STEWARDESS 70M+ MY

70m+ support vessel seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join an established team. This is a senior role supporting the Chief Stewardess while also assisting the mothership, predominantly in service. The ideal candidate will be mature, grounded, and confident in a leadership role, while remaining hands-on and willing to support wherever required.

The role:

• Support and assist the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day running of the interior
• Provide predominantly service support on the mothership
• Lead, train, and mentor the interior team
• Support crew mess, laundry, and housekeeping duties onboard the support vessel
• Manage uniforms, inventories, and storage organisation
• Remain hands-on and assist wherever required across the interior
• Transition confidently between the support vessel and mothership, adapting to the different responsibilities of each
• Support the established service team on the mothership when required
• Ideally joining 11th October
• B1/B2 visa preferred

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years’ professional yachting experience is essential
• Experience on yachts over 60m+, with longevity in previous positions preferred
• Previous support vessel experience would be a strong advantage
• Previous senior interior or leadership experience is highly desirable
• Collaborative and supportive leadership style, with the ability to guide others while remaining approachable and respectful
• Strong service and housekeeping skills with confidence in guest-facing situations
• Comfortable moving between housekeeping, laundry, crew mess, inventories, storage management, and other interior duties
• Flexible and able to transition smoothly between the support vessel and mothership
• Positive team player who leads by example
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on approach
• All standard yachting certifications
