Private Live-Aboard Yacht Concierge Manager / Executive Host Boca Raton FL

Seeking a Private Live-Aboard Yacht Concierge Manager / Executive Host to deliver bespoke, ultra-luxury hospitality for a classic 110' Burger Motor Yacht. This full-time position focuses on managing the interior experience and hosting the owners and their private guests (up to 6) as they cruise New York, Florida, and the Bahamas. The vessel’s home port is in Boca Raton, FL and she will be positioned there nine (9) months out of the year. You will serve as the permanent lead of the interior, running it independently during quiet periods and scaling operations by hiring and managing temporary staff during heavy guest use.

· Role: Private Yacht Concierge Manager & Host (Lead Interior)

· Vessel: 110' Burger Motor Yacht (Strictly Private Use)

· Core Crew: 3 permanent crew members (one Captain, one Deckhand, and yourself)

· Guest Capacity: Maximum of 6 family members and private guests

· Cruising Grounds: Seasonal rotation between New York, Florida, and the Bahamas

· Accommodations: Onboard crew cabin and full board provided

Key Responsibilities

· Private Guest Hosting: Provide dedicated, 7-star service to the owners and their circle, anticipating preferences and managing all onboard hospitality.

· Team Leadership & Scaling: Source, onboard, and manage temporary chefs and freelance stews to elevate service during heavy guest workloads or special events.

· Interior & Hospitality Management: Take full ownership of the yacht’s classic interior, maintaining estate-quality standards through meticulous housekeeping, laundry, and inventory control.

· Local Concierge Planning: Coordinate shoreside logistics, exclusive dining reservations, provisioning, and custom excursions across various ports.

· Food & Beverage Service: Manage daily cocktail creation, beverage service, and elegant table settings for up to 6 guests.

· Crew Collaboration: Work closely with the permanent Captain and Deckhand to maintain a smoothly running vessel and a positive living environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Lead Steward/Stewardess, Yacht Purser, or Estate Manager with proven experience supervising temporary hospitality staff.

· Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively direct, schedule, and lead temporary chefs and stews under fast-paced conditions.

· Team Dynamic: Proven ability to thrive in a small, 3-person permanent crew environment where teamwork and a helpful attitude are essential.

· Certifications: Valid STCW BST, ENG1 Medical Certificate, and a clean background check.

· Travel Status: Valid passport with the immediate ability to clear US and Bahamian customs seamlessly.

· Attributes: Absolute discretion, non-smoker, highly organized, and comfortable with the live-aboard lifestyle.
