We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Captain for a 20m+ catamaran. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of a technically advanced vessel. The role is ideal for an experienced seafarer with a strong background on smaller yachts, capable of managing all aspects of yacht operations independently.

The role:

  • Full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
  • Hands-on involvement in all onboard operations - this is not a "commander-only" role.
  • Manage a small team of 3 crew and support day-to-day activities on board.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum Master of Yachts 200gt qualification.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience on 25–40m yachts.
  • Must be hands-on, self-sufficient, and comfortable running a yacht with a small crew.
  • Solid engineering knowledge or background preferred.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to act quickly and work under pressure.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: DOE
  • Leave: 60 days per year
  • Start Date: mid-September.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
