70m+ support vessel seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join an established team. This is a senior role supporting the Chief Stewardess while also assisting the mothership, predominantly in service. The ideal candidate will be confident guest-facing, a strong team player, and ready to take on a leadership role within a well-established program.

The role:

  • Support and assist the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day running of the interior
  • Provide predominantly service support on the mothership
  • Lead, train, and mentor the Stewardess team
  • Provide guidance and support to junior interior crew
  • Manage uniforms and inventories
  • Oversee storage management and organisation
  • Support crew mess, laundry, and housekeeping duties onboard the support vessel
  • Provide service and housekeeping support on the mothership as required
  • Maintain exceptional standards when working in front of guests
  • Act as a senior link between the Stewardess team and Heads of Department
  • Ideally joining 11th October
  • B1/B2 visa preferred

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years in the yachting industry
  • Previous experience onboard a 60m+ vessel is preferred
  • Previous senior interior or leadership experience is highly desirable
  • We are open to a strong Stewardess stepping up into the Second Stewardess role, depending on their previous experience
  • Candidates with previous leadership responsibilities and experience guiding or mentoring junior crew are preferred
  • Strong background in both service and housekeeping
  • Excellent service skills with confidence in guest-facing situations
  • Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Mature, organised, and proactive with a strong work ethic
  • Positive team player who leads by example
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
