Wilsonhalligan are looking for a Yacht Technician, to start as soon as possible.

As a Yacht Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Carry out comprehensive diagnostic servicing and repair across all onboard systems including engines, steering, fuel systems, and onboard equipment, identifying root causes and executing effective repairs.
  • Perform all aspects of hull care including surface preparation, antifouling application, cutting and polishing, and installation.
  • Install, service, and repair freshwater, grey water and raw water systems including pumps, tanks, hoses and fittings.
  • Undertake fibreglass repairs, carrying out associated structural repair.
  • Prepare for handover, including system checks, sea trials and final inspection.

Location: United Kingdom. Salary: £26,500 to £40,000.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
