Fishing Guide – 30m Expedition Yacht – Port Douglas & Far North Queensland

Are you an experienced fishing guide or passionate fisherman with extensive knowledge of Far North Queensland waters? A unique opportunity is available aboard a 30m expedition yacht operating between Port Douglas and Weipa, targeting some of Australia's best barra and reef fishing.

Position Snapshot

• Excellent salary package
• Permanent preferred (seasonal candidates also considered)
• Start: Early to mid-September
• Australian owner with low guest numbers
• Professional crew of 5 onboard
• Operating primarily throughout FNQ, with potential cruising to the Swains after December

Requirements

• Strong barra fishing experience essential
• Reef fishing knowledge highly regarded
• Local FNQ knowledge preferred
• Tender driving experience beneficial
• Valid Australian working rights required
