We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 75m motor yacht operating a dual-season private/charter program.

The role:

  • Deckhand role supporting all exterior operations
  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities
  • Busy private/charter program on a new vessel delivered in 2025
  • Dual season: Mediterranean / Bahamas
  • After the Mediterranean season, the vessel will complete a short yard period before crossing over to the Bahamas with charters and owner trips already booked
  • Start date: 2nd October

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience on similar size yachts
  • Trade background will be advantageous
  • Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating preferred
  • B1/B2 preferred but this is not a deal breaker
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: €3,500 per month
  • Leave: 60 days per year
  • Opportunity to join a 75m charter vessel with an active program

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
