Senior Stew 90m+ MY

90m+ private motor yacht with a worldwide program seeking an experienced Senior Stewardess to join from 10th September. This is a great opportunity for a strong senior interior candidate looking to step into a larger-scale operation, working closely alongside the 2nd Stewardess to oversee the interior.

The role:

• Share responsibility for the day-to-day running of the interior department
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4+ junior interior crew
• Oversee and maintain high standards across housekeeping, service, and laundry
• Lead by example and remain hands-on across all areas of the interior
• Work closely with the 2nd Stewardess to ensure smooth and efficient interior operations
• Support the team with training, development, and maintaining onboard standards
• Worldwide program
• Start date: 10th September
• 12 weeks on / 6 weeks off

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 4+ years of solid yachting experience
• Previous senior interior experience on a 65m+ vessel
• Confident leading, training, and overseeing an interior team of 4+
• In-depth knowledge and experience across housekeeping, service, and laundry is essential
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
• Professional, organised, and hands-on approach
• PDSD is essential
• Floral arrangement qualification and WSET Level 2 is advantageous
• All standard yachting certifications
