Bosun – Private/Charter 50m M/Y

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established 50m charter motor yacht operating a busy Bahamas & USA season. The vessel is looking for a confident and hands-on Bosun with excellent tender operating skills to lead the deck team.

Start date: ASAP

Itinerary: Bahamas & USA

Package: Salary paid in USD, 38 days paid leave

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 1.5 year’s experience as Bosun on a similar size yacht

• Strong deck knowledge including maintenance, watersports, and tender operations

• Confident leader with good longevity

• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Charter experience preferred

Qualifications required:

• Yachtmaster Offshore / 100 ton USCG

• STCW (fully updated)

• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate

• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
