Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Second Stewardess/ Masseuse to join our interior team of 5 for a 70m private M/Y.

Must have:

Hot stone and deep tissue massage.

Extra Spa skills will be a bonus!

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of presentation throughout the yacht. They should be confident and personable when interacting with guests, providing discreet, professional service at all times.

Key qualities include:

• Exceptional eye for detail with high interior standards.
• Confident and experienced in guest service, with a warm and professional approach.
• Good leadership skills, able to mentor, motivate, and train junior stewardesses in all areas. Need someone with patients when teaching the girls and treat them with respect. We do not want "bossyness";
• Hands-on team player who leads by example and is happy to assist the interior team wherever needed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Massage qualifications are highly desirable, with additional spa or beauty therapy skills considered a significant bonus.
• Previous experience as a Second Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht is preferred.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Chief Stewardess in the day-to-day management and inventories.
• Maintain high interior standards with meticulous attention to detail in all guest , with the intention to teach the girls.
• Lead by example, ensuring service, housekeeping, laundry, and detailing are carried out to the highest standard.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior stewardesses, helping them build confidence, improve skills, and maintain yacht standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively while remaining hands-on and supporting the team whenever required.
• Conduct regular inspections of cabins, guest areas, and crew spaces to ensure exceptional presentation.
• Manage inventories, stock levels, and interior provisioning as directed by the Chief Stewardess.
• Uniform inventories

Must have B1 and Schengen

Start: Immediate in Italy.

90 days leave with flights and full medical.
