Senior Stew 90m+ MY

90m+ private motor yacht with a worldwide programme seeking an experienced Senior Stewardess to join from 10th September. This opportunity suits a strong 2nd Stewardess ready to take on greater responsibility within a busy interior team.

The role:

• Share responsibility for the day-to-day running of the interior alongside the 2nd Stewardess
• Lead, train, and mentor junior interior crew
• Oversee and maintain high standards across housekeeping, service, and laundry
• Lead by example and remain hands-on across all areas of the interior
• Support the smooth running of interior operations during owner trips
• Worldwide programme
• Start date: 10th September

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 4+ years of solid yachting experience
• Previous 2nd Stewardess experience on a 50m+ vessel
• Confident leading, training, and overseeing an interior team
• In-depth knowledge and experience across housekeeping, service, and laundry is essential
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
• Professional, organised, and confident working within a larger-scale operation
• PDSD required
• WSET Level 2 required
• Floral arrangement qualification advantageous
• All standard yachting certifications
