About the Villa

The villa is located in Monaco.

The project

We are looking for an experienced House Manager ready to start working as soon as possible for a permanent contract. This position is live out, so you need to have your own accommodation nearby.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the property, gardens, and grounds
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment
  • Handle client communication, negotiations, and document reviews
  • Oversee suppliers and contractors
  • Manage household bills and administrative tasks
  • Run errands and coordinate daily household needs
  • Supervise household staff (housekeepers, chefs, nannies, governesses)
  • Schedule and oversee home maintenance and repair projects

Desired profile

  • 8 years of experience as a House Manager
  • Fluent English, some French an advantage
  • Good organizational abilities
  • Team leader
  • Non-smokers only

Salary: Negotiable

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, French

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
