Experienced Service Stew 90m+ MY

90m+ newly launched private motor yacht seeking an Experienced Service Stewardess to join ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new programme as the vessel embarks on its first season, joining a professional interior team with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

The role:

• Deliver outstanding silver service and guest-facing hospitality
• Support the interior team while maintaining the highest service standards
• Assist with the setup and execution of formal and informal dining experiences
• Ensure service pantries and guest areas are impeccably presented
• Work closely with the wider interior team to provide a seamless guest experience
• Newly launched private programme
• Start date: ASAP (within the next 1–3 weeks)
• B1/B2 and valid Schengen visas preferred

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years of yachting experience in a service-focused role
• Previous experience onboard a 70m+ vessel is essential
• Confident in all aspects of luxury service with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider team
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• All standard yachting certifications
