Temporary Hairdresser required for a 90m+ private motor yacht. Start date: ASAP (no later than 11th August). Contract through to the end of September.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional hair services for guests, including cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-dries.
  • Support the interior team with housekeeping and service duties when not carrying out hair appointments.
  • Maintain a luxury salon experience with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the interior team to ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Private programme.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1+ year of yachting experience.
  • Qualified hairdresser with a strong land-based salon background.
  • Confident in cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-dries; a nail qualification is a bonus.
  • Professional, personable, and guest-focused with a positive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
  • All standard yachting certifications.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
