Deckhand – 45m Private Support Vessel (Permanent Position)

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Deckhand to join a 45m private Support Vessel operating in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

The vessel is currently based in Greece, where she will remain for the summer season until mid-September, before returning to Palma de Mallorca for approximately two months of scheduled maintenance. She is then expected to depart for the Caribbean in early/mid-December.

Minimum Requirements:

Yachtmaster Offshore
Previous experience as a Deckhand on yachts of a similar size.
Excellent tender handling skills and confidence operating both guest and crew tenders.
Good seamanship and deck maintenance skills, including washdowns, detailing, mooring operations and general upkeep.
Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
Professional appearance with a positive, can-do attitude.
Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist all departments when required.
Fluent English is essential.
Any additional language will be considered an advantage.
European passport preferred.

Desirable Skills:
A high level of kitesurfing and/or diving experience would be considered a significant advantage, as the vessel regularly supports watersports and diving operations.
Experience operating large RIBs and assisting with guest watersports is highly desirable.
