About This role

Rotational 2nd Stewardess – Private 100m+ MY

Start date: 28th October 2026

Location: Europe / Northern Red Sea

Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid days leave

Experience and attributes required:

  • Experience as either Chief Stewardess on a smaller vessel (50m+) or 2nd Stewardess/Head of Service on a 90m+.
  • Experience with inventories, orders, suppliers/contractors, invoicing and purchase orders.
  • Oversee daily maintenance of the boat and provisioning.
  • Proficient and detailed in administration using computers.
  • Support the Chief Stewardess with shipyard jobs and service; manage and motivate a large team of stewardesses.

Qualifications required:

  • Fully updated STCW
  • Food & Hygiene Level 2
  • Crowd & Crisis Management
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
