Senior Spa Stewardess

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Spa Stewardess to join the interior team onboard a prestigious 70m+ private motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished and service-driven Spa Stewardess who is passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

The yacht operates a private programme, cruising throughout the Mediterranean with regular owner and guest trips. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a relaxing and personalised spa experience while supporting the wider interior team as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional onboard spa experience for owners and guests.
• Perform a variety of professional spa treatments to a luxury standard.
• Conduct consultations and tailor treatments to individual guest preferences.
• Prepare, maintain and present the spa area to impeccable standards.
• Ensure all spa equipment, products and treatment areas are hygienic, organised and fully stocked.
• Recommend suitable skincare and wellness treatments where appropriate.
• Assist with interior operations during guest trips when required.
• Maintain complete discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest service and presentation.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Spa Stewardess onboard luxury yachts.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in:
• Various massage techniques
• Manicures and pedicures
• Facials
• Professional spa or beauty therapy qualifications.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with exceptional guest service standards.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
• Available to join immediately.
• No visible tattoos.
