A high-profile 60m+ private/charter motor yacht is searching for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join their busy dual-season program. The yacht enjoys an active charter schedule, spending European summers in the Mediterranean and Caribbean winters, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Managing an interior team of five, you'll be an approachable and confident leader who leads by example while maintaining the highest service standards. As the yacht does not carry a purser, the role also includes a range of administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both guest-facing service and behind-the-scenes organisation. The program welcomes rotational crew from around the world.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Chief Stewardess experience on charter yachts
• Proven charter background
• Strong longevity in previous positions
• Excellent wine knowledge
• Additional language/multilingual (preferred)
• Outstanding presentation and attention to detail
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and interior administration
• Able to take direction while confidently leading a team
• STCW & ENG1 required

Start: Approximately 4 weeks

Salary: €7,000 EUR/month DOE + Tips (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
